1. scope of application
The present general conditions regulate the rights and obligations of use of the products offered on the website www.relaisbayard.ch and the contractual relationship between Relais Bayard Online Shop (hereinafter referred to as the Shop) and its customers.

The indicated prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF), without value added tax (VAT) and without shipping costs. The shop reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time. The products are invoiced on the basis of the tariffs in force at the time of order registration.

Payment is made against invoice. A payment period of 10 days after receipt of the invoice applies.
If the damage is not settled after the set period of grace, the shop can claim damages and proceed according to the provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). In particular, the shop has the right to assign outstanding debts to external collection companies.

a) In Switzerland: The shipping of available items is done in Switzerland by mail, to the address given by the customer during the ordering process. The shipping costs are CHF 12 per order, regardless of the weight, size and volume of the package. The estimated delivery time after receipt of payment is approximately 10 days.
b) Europe and third countries: The available articles are shipped in Europe and third countries by mail to the address given by the customer during the ordering process. The shipping costs are CHF 50 per order in Europe and CHF 65 per order in a third country, regardless of the weight, size and volume of the package. The delivery time depends on the shipping zone.
Abroad, the customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the package arrives at its destination. Any additional customs duties are at the expense of the customer. The shop has no control over these costs and cannot prevent cross-border deliveries from possibly being opened and checked by customs authorities.
7. return shipments
Only faulty or damaged products can be returned within a period of 7 days after receipt of the ordered products.

The present general terms and conditions are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is the registered office of Relais Bayard AG.
